Download Activities

The Loyalty platform allows you to download one or more Activity records from the Member Details screen. The resulting comma-separated values (CSV) file can then be used in another platform or system.

To download Activities:

1. Select Members from the top navigation bar, then select Members > Members from the side navigation menu. The Members screen is displayed.

2. On the Members screen, search for and select the desired Member (see Search for a Member for more information). The Member Details screen is displayed with the Metrics tab selected by default.

3. The platform will include all currently displayed Activity records in the download file. Optionally, apply a filter to limit the Activities displayed on the screen; see Member Details Tab Overview - Metrics for more information on the filter options.

4. Click the Download icon. The platform downloads the CSV file to your PC.
